Owner / Esthetician / Advanced Lash Stylist

"Do what you love and love what you do." This simple phrase has guided me throughout my career, and it's what fuels my passion every single day. For over ten years, I’ve been dedicated to helping women feel confident, radiant, and empowered through personalized beauty services. I’ve worked across many facets of the industry—facials, waxing, brow shaping—but the moment I discovered eyelash extensions, something clicked. I knew I had found my calling.

I’m proud to be an advanced certified Xtreme Lashes stylist, trained in the highest standards of safety, technique, and lash artistry. Eyelash extensions are more than just a beauty treatment—they’re a confidence boost, a time-saver, and a form of self-care. Each set I apply is tailored to enhance your natural features, whether you’re looking for something subtle and elegant or bold and dramatic. But what truly lights me up is the transformation that happens—not just the physical one, but the emotional shift I see in my clients. The sparkle in their eyes, the smile on their face, and the way they carry themselves after seeing the final result—that’s what makes it all worth it. It’s not just about lashes; it’s about how you feel when you leave.

Creating a relaxing, welcoming space where my clients can unwind and feel taken care of is just as important to me as the results themselves. Whether you're new to lashes or a seasoned regular, I'm here to guide you, answer your questions, and help you find the look that fits you best. Let’s enhance your natural beauty—one lash at a time.

Maria

Esthetician / Sugarist

I have always been a creative individual. Since an early age, you could find me drawing, sculpting or painting. Art and science always seemed to spark my interest and my curiosity just fueled my fire. I remember how intrigued I was when my mother would apply her skincare and makeup and transform into something fabulous. Or watching my dad shave with his old school tools used to have me lost in a daze. It wasn’t until years later that I realized that the beauty industry was where I belonged.

At the age of 12 I was sick and tired of shaving. I lost interest in this method very quickly as it would not last, I was always cutting myself, and the ingrown hairs were disgusting. I asked my mother to buy me wax and the rest is history! Through a lot of trial and error, I discovered methods that worked great for me and for my new found clients. Along with the waxing, I discovered how to take care of my skin and apply makeup to enhance my natural features. I have worked with a reconstructive plastic surgeon and a dermatologist to further my education in Esthetics. In 2010, I became an Educator for Alexandria Professional Body Sugaring for New Jersey. This beautiful method of hair removal was the missing piece in my career! In my years of being in this industry, I feel like I have come full circle. I am so thrilled and blessed to be able to help and take care of people and teach them how to take care of their skin. Looking forward to seeing you all at Charm!

Amy

Massage Therapist

I have been working in the massage therapy field for 32 years. I did my basic training at the Somerset School of Massage Therapy learning multiple techniques, namely Swedish Therapeutic, Pre-Natal Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Reflexology.  Following that, she expanded her studies to incorporate additional modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy under Judith Walker / Paul St. John, Craniosacral Therapy under Michael Shea, Trigger Point work and most recently, I began learning some Ayurvedic techniques. Early on, I also studied under a Lakota Sioux, Native American Healer.

During college, I studied Food Science and Fine Arts. I worked in the food industry for 15 years doing product development and flavor chemistry as well as “side gigging” as a food stylist in New York City. It was during the end of my corporate years that I attended Massage Therapy School and began my private practice. I credit my flavor chemist years with my interest in aromatherapy.

I’m passionate about the role that human touch can bring to both emotional and physical wellbeing. I rely heavily on western techniques but fully honors the practice of creating a “safe space” for my clients to participate in their own healing.

Cheyanne

Advanced Lash Stylist / Waxer

I’ve been in the beauty industry for the past 10 years, specializing and certified in a variety of different services such as full body waxing, eyelash extensions, brow shaping and lash lifts. It’s hard to say what my favorite service is because I love them all but if I had to pick, brows would be it. I’m certified in natural brow restoration, so that means I structure your brow to best suit you and your bone structure to achieve a more timeless brow, opposed to a more trendy brow.

I think every woman is beautiful just how they are, and the services I preform enhance their natural beauty, instead of change it. I love the boost in confidence my clients feel once they walk out my door, that has to be my favorite thing about this industry!

Brooke

Esthetician/ Waxer

I’m a licensed esthetician in the State of New Jersey that specializes in advanced skincare, customized facials & Hydrafacials!

I’ve struggled with acne my whole life. I was always insecure about how it made me look growing up and I was so embarrassed by it. As I got older it felt like I’ve exhausted everything there possibly was to try. I became more and more invested in learning about all different kinds of products and treatments to see what would work and what wouldn’t.

After taking some time off after graduating I enrolled in Esthetics School to further my knowledge. I learned more in depth about the skin itself, skin types, products and ingredients, how to properly perform services on different clients, etc. I still felt like I had so much more to learn after getting licensed so I took a course to become a Certified Acne Specialist where I learned even deeper into the skin and body and how they work connectively. I always look forward to meeting new faces and want to help everyone I possibly can to be able to feel confident and embrace themselves in their own skin.

Jenna

Esthetician/ Waxer

I’ve always had a passion for things skincare and beauty, even from an early age you could find me asking to pop my friends and families pimples or doing their hair and makeup. This is something I have carried with me into my adult years as well and have been lucky enough to turn it into my career.

I really do love being able to transform my clients and make them feel comfortable in their skin. I specialize in preventative skincare treatments and full body waxing! You’d be surprised how much you can enhance your natural features and glow with a great skincare regimen and fresh eyebrow wax. I want to be your go to girl for all things beauty, I can’t wait to service you!

hayley

Front Desk Specialist/Makeup Artist

I always had a passion for the beauty community and always experimented with makeup throughout my life. In high school is when my love for makeup really blossomed - I worked for a photography studio doing makeup and hairstyling for clients photo shoots. Then upgraded to Ulta and then Sephora, where I gained an extensive knowledge and training by different brands on their products, leading me in the right direction of choosing my favorite products to use on my clients. In 2020, I joined the RVCC Esthetics Program, which is also a partner school with the prestigious makeup academy, MUD (Make-Up Designory.)

I graduated with flying colors, earning my Esthetics License to incorporate a better experience for my clients by including their skin’s health in makeup services. I joined a bridal team in 2022 and is currently freelancing wherever is needed. In total, I have done over 100 weddings since, and continues to take clients for bridal/weddings, special occasions, all the way to special FX. I am also certified by Lash Bomb USA and specializes in spray tanning.

Manicurist

Ever since I can remember I’ve always loved colors and sparkles. Art class was always my favorite and painting became one of my favorite hobbies, which helps when it comes to nail art! My love of nails got started of course with my mother always getting her nails done, I’d get so jealous and BEGGED her to let me get mine done as well.

When I learned I could do it as a job I fell in love with it instantly, going through cosmetology school and getting my license! I adore all things artistic, weird and wild, in my opinion there is no such thing as “too much”. I love hearing my clients stories and giving them nails that not only fit their lovely personalities but make them feel beautiful and confident.
